*NWCCU is charging enough to break even. Fees cover the costs of meeting rooms and setup, food and beverage, audio visual, WiFi, honoraria and travel expenses for invited speakers and workshop facilitators, complimentary registrations, and other service fees assessed by the hotel. We are also grateful to our sponsors for partially offsetting the costs for this event.

**You will automatically receive a $50 one-time discount on conference registration when you sign up for one or more targeted workshops.

Scholarships

To help ensure broad participation in and attendance at our Annual Conference, we are offering a limited number of scholarships to attendees from institutions with limited resources. Scholarships will be available on a first come, first served basis. To request a scholarship, please contact stoth@nwccu.org no later than October 1.

Proprietary Information

Participants registered for NWCCU’s 2022 Annual Conference agree not to release or share material that is copyrighted, unpublished, proprietary, or otherwise not available to anyone who did not register for the conference. The use of presenters’ material is not allowed without express permission and consent.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation of your registration must be received in writing by October 10, 2022 to qualify for a refund less a $50 administrative fee of registration fees paid.

  • All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to stoth@nwccu.org
  • No telephone cancellations will be accepted. It may take a up to six weeks to receive a refund
  • No refunds will be issued on or after October 11, 2022
  • No refunds for no-shows
  • The conference may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, registration fees will be refunded
  • NWCCU is not responsible for weather-related travel delays or other issues regarding personal travel and no refunds will be given due to these occurrences

Payment for Registration Fees

Payment can be made by credit card or e-check. Please note that payment by credit card will include a 3.5 percent charge assessed by the credit card company. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express are accepted.

Photos

Registration in this meeting authorizes NWCCU to include you in event photos to be shared with the group or in future promotional materials. If you wish to opt out of these photos, please e-mail your request to stoth@nwccu.org.
