Chelsie Martinez

Chelsie Martinez (she/her) serves as the Executive Assistant at the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities, where she supports executive leadership through thoughtful coordination, clear communication, and a solutions-oriented approach. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Associate of Arts degrees in Psychology, Sociology, and Liberal Arts with a concentration in Social Behavior, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Higher Education. With approximately seven years of experience in higher education, she brings a strong appreciation for collaboration, organization, relationship-building, and enjoys creating supportive, well-structured systems that help advance academic quality and student success.
